LINDSAY LOHAN's father will face a computer company millionaire for bragging rights and charity cash in the boxing ring.
Robert Venero, the president and CEO of Future Tech Enterprise, has paid 20,000 dollar to pummel Michael Lohan in a charity fight on 24 November (08).
The Fight For Charity showdown will take place at the Hilton Long Island in Melville.
