Former Bodyguard Sues Lindsay Lohan
04/09/2008
Lindsay Lohan's former bodyguard David Kim claims in a new lawsuit filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court that he's owed 55000 dollar from past work performed for the actress.
The money covers not only Kim's 4000 dollar-a-week rate but also the cost of damages to the plaintiff's borrowed car, which is alleged to have been wrecked after Lohan's driver made an illegal right turn to avoid the paparazzi.
Coincidentally, it was only two weeks ago that a judge ordered Lindsay's mom/manager Dina to pay 300000 dollar to another former bodyguard, Antonio Almeida, who was owed money he lent her to kick-start daughter Lindsay's music career.
