Lindsay Lohan Sued by Car Chase Victim

Lindsay Lohan is being sued by the woman she allegedly chased prior to her arrest for driving under the influence (DUI) last July.
Tracie Rice - the mother of the actress' former assistant - claims Lindsay terrorised her in a high-speed car chase in Santa Monica and is taking legal action.
Legal papers claim Rice - who called emergency services during the pursuit - has spent ,500 on therapy, 0 on medical expenses, 5 on a chiropractor and ,000 in miscellaneous expenses incurred by her trauma.
Rice also claims she lost her job as a result of the incident, and is seeking compensation against a salary of -,000 per annum.
On July 24 2007 Lindsay allegedly embarked on a high-speed car chase, resulting in her being charged with DUI, shortly after leaving rehab for treatment for alcoholism.
She re-entered rehab the following day and insists she has been sober since her release in October.
